Aaron has been a Technical Executive for publicly traded companies and Private Equity backed Enterprises. He is now bringing that expertise to others, especially small or mid size companies and Non Profits.

Aaron was an early Architect, Developer, and Technical Lead for a Silicon Valley funded Private Equity Stock Trading Marketplace named Sharespost. Sharespost has since been acquired by NASDAQ.
Aaron would say that he has personally worked on some truly amazing, industry-redefining product applications for Bond, Merkle, General Motors and Sharespost. Hands-on Keyboard tech leadership / ownership of new technology products like the world’s first Android OS in the Car (General Motors) to First of Many Private Equity Stock trading online trading market (Sharespost) to Global Loyalty Platforms to handle Half a Billion dollars in USD transactions in a weekend (Bond + Candleday). There isn’t a project that would outpace his experience at this point. Aaron excels at delivering impossible-to-deliver applications for his stakeholders.
He would also say that he has achieved the career growth he was hoping for, holding titles of CTO, Global SVP, VP, Principal, Team Lead at some very large companies like Bond, Merkle, and General Motors and a few small ones like Sharespost and Sazboom. Now he is motivated by helping clients more than climbing ladders. He wants to share what he has learned with others as a consultant to their unique problems head on.
He would add that he has mentored 40+ tech leaders, hundreds of clients, and easily 1000+ IC team members throughout his 30+ year career. This is a huge point of pride for him as any job where he has been has been an opportunity to improve people’s lives both in his company and for the clients his company served. He is now excited for those chances to bring that mentoring and guidance to new technology teams, executive leaders, and key accounts alike.
Lastly he will close with his deep fascination with AI and the paradigm shift it has brought to his career. In his personal development projects he runs three different AI frameworks (Claude, GitHub, Nous Research) in parallel. For his Home Lab he has built 4 custom Agents (Kate, Ned, Hermes, Sean) that run locally on the Hermes AI Harness in his homelab talking to a self hosted Qwen 5.6 Open Weight LLM Model. This local LLM lab manages all his Linux-based (Arch) lab equipment, personal projects, home automation, and his tech consulting business Sazboom Consulting.
