architecture for OnStar, Chevrolet AppShop, and voice-enabled infotainment systems before transitioning into large-scale
consulting and engineering leadership through Merkle and its acquisition, HelloWorld, Inc. Over more than a decade there, he
advanced from Senior Director to Vice President of Engineering, directing full-stack engineering teams (Ruby on Rails,
JavaScript, Agile) and delivering integrated MarTech solutions for global enterprise clients. He then served as Chief
Technology Officer at Bond Brand Loyalty (2024–2026), where he oversaw the technical evolution of the Synapze cloud
platform, expanded Salesforce practice capabilities, and guided the strategic architecture of customer engagement
operations. Known for bridging complex technical systems with business outcomes, mentoring engineering talent, and fostering
